About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team at Leidos. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering critical system development and support for national infrastructure projects.

This is a hands-on role, requiring close collaboration with internal and external teams/suppliers to maintain, develop, and support pipelines in a SAFe Agile methodology based primarily on AWS and VMware Cloud Foundation Clouds.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working within a software development team, supporting developers and developer activities.
  • They should also possess demonstrated experience with scripting languages, including Python and Unix shell scripting.

In addition, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technical, or engineering discipline.
  • AWS Certifications - AWS Professional DevOps Engineer.
