About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Nurse, working in a supportive environment and developing your skills and expertise. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and empowering them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of service users are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote positive teamwork and improve care standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns.
  • Support and mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • RGN/RMN qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility.
  • Natural caring and compassionate attitude.
  • Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
