Admissions and Discharge Process Manager

The Admissions and Discharge Process Manager at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS FT plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inpatient NHS detox unit. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of organization, communication, and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the admissions and discharge process, ensuring safe and timely transitions for patients. They will also lead on the RADAR pathway (Rapid access to Alcohol Detoxification Acute Referral), providing training and education to referring services.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including up to 30% pay enhancement for evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including cycle to work scheme, salary sacrifice car scheme, and Blue Light Card Discount.
Job Requirements- Proven experience working in healthcare, preferably in patient flow or admissions and discharge roles.

**Estimated Salary:** £46,655 - £57,006 per annum
