We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Team Lead to join our team at Howdens. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical support specialists to provide 1st and 2nd line support to end-users.
  • Work closely with the service desk and service delivery teams to ensure seamless support.
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Continuously improve the service delivered to our stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of ITIL methodology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
