Job Title: Application Consultant

WorkForce Software is seeking an experienced Application Consultant to join our team. As an Application Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure the WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools.
  • Support the confirmation and refinement of business requirements with clients in meetings and client workshops.
  • Understand project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects.
  • Continuously improve WorkForce Software Product solution skills by staying updated with the latest enhancements.
  • Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges.
  • Perform unit and system testing of the configured application.
  • Help facilitate client workshops either onsite or remotely.
  • Identify and escalate out of scope requirements and delays to the Project Manager or Senior Team members.
  • Provide status updates with Project Managers, customers, and stakeholders on project status.
  • Partner with all WFS internal teams during project phases.
  • Assist customers with software testing along with roll out and go-live activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience and demonstrated knowledge of SQL.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience and demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools.
  • Familiarity with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems.
  • Knowledgeable of implementation principles and lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management is a bonus.
  • Experience providing application support for complex software systems preferred.
  • Programming experience utilizing Java, C#, C++ or 4GL programming languages.
  • SQL Report creation experience.
