Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the capabilities of our robotic systems.
  • Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our liquid handling systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and customer engagement plans.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of robotic liquid handling systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
