About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Inhouse Sales team at Randstad Technologies Recruitment. This role will focus on managing and cultivating relationships with smaller accounts in the UK and Ireland, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture strong relationships with field accounts by understanding their business requirements.
  2. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  3. Bring in clients to achieve overall sales targets and support company growth.
  4. Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  5. Keep precise records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account statuses using CRM software.
  6. Generate regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  1. Approximately 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, ideally in the technology, manufacturing, packaging, vacuum, industrial, or precision industry.
  2. Completion of a commercial or technical apprenticeship or hold a degree preferably in STEM / engineering or the sciences.
  3. Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work without supervision.
