Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Provide support in annual compensation reviews, bonus programs, and benefit renewals, analyzing data and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and automation.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes across global operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency, analyzing existing workflows and recommending improvements.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations, supporting monthly data audits of the HRIS data integrity.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor with a strong background in HR generalist roles, with exposure to Compensation & Benefits and HRIS. You will have a proven track record of supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
