About the Role

The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is seeking a visionary leader to drive transformation, advance, and grow the organization. As our new Chief Executive Officer, you will inspire and lead a team of staff, members, linked organizations, and volunteers to deliver the IMI's Ambition, Vision, Mission & Strategic Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ambitious growth plans through the IMI strategy, budget, and business plan.
  • Transform, advance, and grow the IMI to meet the skills and competences needs of the automotive retail sector.
  • Work with the Board to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
