At HFH Healthcare, we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable carers to join our team in Portsmouth, UK.
About the Role:
We are recruiting for day and night shifts, including weekends, to provide specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
- Working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams to provide seamless care
- Providing specialist clinical support to enable individuals to remain at home
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality care

Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Flexibility on travel, including driving or public transport
