Morrison Water Services is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our Yorkshire Water contract team. As a key member of our Construction Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Supervisors, delivery teams, and sub-contractors on site
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, quality, and performance standards
  • Ensure all work meets required water industry regulations and Yorkshire Water approved standards
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting and implementing all company and Business Unit initiatives

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving cultural change into the Delivery/Design Teams to eliminate/minimise physical and non-physical waste. You will also be required to coordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, in-house functions, and site installation & construction teams.
