Lead a Team of Dedicated Professionals

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a 3rd in Charge at our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Whiteley. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our nursery and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the individual needs of all children
  • Maintain and improve the quality of our childcare practices, ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents, and carers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Assist in setting and reviewing individual targets with staff, driving continuous improvement and professional development
  • Take on additional management responsibilities as required, including playroom management and budget control
