Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Finance team, you will work closely with our IT, Change, and Commercial teams to provide compliant and effective finance business partnering. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the development and delivery of value-adding and fit-for-purpose functional financial planning, management, analysis, and reporting, aligned to our overall financial strategy.
- Providing and owning functional financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring commercial benefits are realised and aligned to functional goals and objectives.
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulatory, financial services regulatory, and legislative standards and expectations.
- Risk Management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Studying or qualified accountant.
- Experience in preparing, analysing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimise risk.
- A proven track record in a complex business environment.
- Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately.
- Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels.
- Ability to influence and strategically partner.
- Strong Excel and modelling skills.
