Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide support to children with autism in Sheffield, S2. The role involves assisting students in achieving their educational and social goals.

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with autism.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Work closely with classroom teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting students in managing their behaviour and developing social skills.
  • Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
  • Monitoring and recording student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements
