About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Sales Professional to join our team as an Interventional Urology Territory Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through field-based selling activities. This will involve cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, providing product in-services, and driving market share and sales growth.

You will be covering a region that includes various locations, including Southampton, Portsmouth, Brighton, Eastbourne, Winchester, Guilford, Reading, Basingstoke, Ashford, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, and Jersey. Your primary goal will be to proactively get in front of and build long-term relationships with decision makers such as surgeons and theatre managers, challenging the status quo, and identifying opportunities to win business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate business partnerships with key decision makers
  • Provide product in-services and demonstrations
  • Drive market share and sales growth
  • Manage your territory in a strategic manner
  • Split your time between key accounts and growth opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of selling a surgical portfolio into the operating theatre. Ideally, you will have worked in a similar environment, such as Orthopaedics, Neuro, Gynae, Cardiothoracic, Plastics, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, etc. However, we are willing to consider other medical sales backgrounds or science graduates looking to break into medical sales. What is crucial is that you have the personality, integrity, and motivation to achieve results.
