**Meat Preparation and Sales Role**

Greens Retail is a leading c-store chain in Scotland, with a mission to create an awesome customer experience, highest store standards, and unrivalled local involvement.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the production and packaging of fresh butchered meat products to retail outlets in the surrounding area.

Key tasks include preparing, stocking, cutting, weighing, and wrapping meat products to a high standard, ensuring records are kept up to date and compliant with HACCP and Safer Food Better Business standards.

You will also be responsible for product handling to control shrinkage and waste, reviewing inventory for product rotation on a daily basis to prevent shrinkage and damages, and receiving, inspecting, and storing meat properly upon delivery to ensure meat quality.

Additionally, you will resolve customer complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer, manage preparation of food products, catering, and special orders, and order meat products according to anticipated sales and seasonal needs.
