**About The Role**:
**BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR AN MERCH SUPERVISOR **

We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for an Merch Supervisor to join our team.

In this role you’ll support the General Manager of the running of this site, who will delegate their duties as they see fit. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service, leading by example & training others to give the best customer experience of all time. BrewDog’s goal is to be the best employer ever, so part of your role will be ensuring all of your team are happy, developing themselves, reaching goals & having fun.

You’ll be part of an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar. Some with vast amounts of beer knowledge, some with years of customer service experience, some fresh into the industry. Your job is to be the glue that holds the team together & pushes them to be better every single day, and develop to the next stages of their career with us.

**About You**:

- lead your team and complete scheduling.
- monthly inventory and bi-weekly stock checks to control
- manage GP by understanding pricing on all products and adjusting when needed
- manage orders on best selling products and new launches
- understand hot/cold products and sizes to optimize displays and stock management
- reduce holding stock $
- up to date POS for correct tracking reports on sales items
- lead sales driving ideas to sell through slow moving items
- event involvement - work with team for future events and order in line (dog events, beer launches, specialized printed items.
- cleanliness and standards upkeep of area
- management of team through checklists and training for continuation of best practice when not on site
- Organization

Inventory:
Monthly main count, but weekly mini stock for key lines and ordering needs.

Ordering: Effective stock management.

Sales reports:
Hot & cold products, effective organization of the area to push certain items, sales driver ideas

Beer Fridge:
Upkeep, stock rotation & also use to sell to guests for takeaway beers increase

Events:
Ordering items for events: Dog toys/collars for Dog ones, New launch t-shirts etc.
