About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Deputy General Manager to join our team at Pizza Express. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in driving commercial success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the General Manager to provide support across all management tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Maintain and uphold high standards consistently across quality, safety, and food, driving excellence in every aspect of our business.
  3. Lead and coach your team towards achieving outstanding success, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  4. Strive for excellence in delivering memorable service to our customers, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
What We're Looking For
  1. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team effectively, driving results and growth.
  2. Financial Management: Experience managing a P&L, budgeting, or financial analysis to drive optimal performance and inform business decisions.
  3. Customer Service Excellence: A track record of delivering outstanding service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a memorable experience.
