We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Town Centre Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and visionary environment, contributing to the enhancement of Stockton Town Centre and Stockton on Tees markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Town Centre Manager in coordinating and managing operational activities across Stockton Town Centre.
- Lead on operational audit inspections to ensure the Town Centre is attractive, clean, and vibrant to all visitors.
- Collate and update the audit action tracker.
- Attend Town Centre group meetings, take minutes, and develop action trackers.
- Assist in the operational and strategic management of Stockton Borough Council's outdoor general markets at Stockton, Billingham, and Thornaby.
- Design, produce, and monitor content on the markets' social media pages.
- Develop plans to attract and recruit new market traders, engage with the community, and promote market activities.
- Assist in planning and delivering market-associated events to enhance the market experience.
- A competitive salary starting at £29,777 (pay award pending).
