We are seeking an experienced Critical Electrically biased Shift Leader to join our team at a state-of-the-art Data Centre in Hertfordshire, working directly with the Data Hosting Company. The complex boasts above-average 'Staff Retention Levels' and offers a friendly atmosphere.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer with leadership experience in a similar environment. You would be leading a specialist Critical team ensuring power and ambient integrity within the Data Centre, offering excellent training opportunities and a career path.
Key responsibilities include covering planned and reactive maintenance on High Voltage systems, single and three-phase power, UPS, power generators, lighting, HVAC plant, air conditioning, and more. You must have current H/V switching authorization and have previously switched 11KV regularly. City & Guilds or equivalent electrical qualifications are required, along with full-time experience in M&E maintenance environments.
The role comes with a competitive market-leading salary of £71k, including bonus, and opportunities for overtime.
