We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our High Voltage Shift Team at our state-of-the-art Data Centre in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the power and ambient integrity of our technical facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience leading shift teams in a similar environment. You will be expected to possess current H/V switching authorisation and have previously switched 11Kv on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the High Voltage Shift Team to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure the power and ambient integrity of the Data Centre
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems, including UPS, Power Generators, and lighting
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Current H/V switching authorisation
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading shift teams in a similar environment
  • Full electrical City & Guilds certification
