Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our UK Central team in Chester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our hotel partners.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, identifying opportunities to enhance their business performance
• Utilise sales research, prospecting techniques, and administrative tasks to maximise revenue and build customer loyalty
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business objectives
• Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support, as needed.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
• Support the wider UK Sales Team & Properties when required
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business proficient English language skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Drive for business development and a willingness to take calculated risks
Salary: Competitive salary range of £30,000-£40,000 per annum
