Head Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Receptionist to join our team at Bucks and Berks Recruitment. As the face of our luxury brand, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and employees to our Henley headquarters.
This is a varied and important role that requires a high level of initiative, multitasking, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the opening and closing of the reception area, leading by example as a visible brand ambassador, and providing a first-class service to clients and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the opening and closing of the reception area
- Leading by example as a visible brand ambassador
- Greeting clients and staff, booking them in, and assisting their onward experience
- Offering encouragement, coaching, and support to the wider team
- Assisting with inbound telephone liaison and email liaison
- Assisting with events
- Responsible for the facilitation of booking of meeting rooms
- Responsible for weekly alarm tests and trusted with Fire Marshall duties
- Assist in setting up for events, ordering supplies and catering
We are looking for someone with experience working in a luxury and/or hospitality front of house environment, a passion for delivering exceptional client service and guest experience, and excellent communication skills.
