Crew Performance Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Performance Manager to join our Cabin Services team at Southend Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of safety and service on board our aircraft.

About the Role

As a Crew Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring our Cabin Crew and Pilots to achieve Operational Excellence. You'll work closely with our Base Manager to ensure smooth cabin operations, promote a culture of teamwork, and drive performance standards in accordance with company and regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and inspire the Cabin Crew and Pilots to achieve Operational Excellence
  2. Monitor company standards and provide feedback to ensure the highest level of safety and service
  3. Conduct performance checks and make policy recommendations to enhance operations
  4. Support base and individual performance improvement by working closely with the Cabin Crew and Pilots
  5. Report and investigate safety incidents

Requirements

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a proven track record of leading large teams and managing performance. You'll need to have:

Previous flying experience up to Cabin Manager levelDemonstrated ability in driving team performanceStrong written and communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and confidently manage both face-to-face and remote teamsProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype, and Bookings

Location & Hours of Work

This is a full-time 40 hour per week position at Southend Airport. Some network travel may be required for this position.
