Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:

Are you a natural leader with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team in the West Hove & Haywards Heath area.

About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating and leading a high-performing team. You will act as a true role model, seeing everything from the customer's point of view and inspiring, motivating and empowering your team members. Your focus on the business will be just as strong, with total accountability for the store's performance, plans and actions.
