Senior Marketing Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Partner to join our team at Iceland Food Group. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing towards and executing the integrated digital marketing strategy in line with the marketing and business strategy across the Affiliate programme. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Affiliate marketing experience and ideally some wider performance marketing experience.

You will be required to co-ordinate, monitor and manage marketing activities by collaborating with relevant teams to create and maintain campaign assets and promos. Additionally, you will source and identify key promotions and liaise with the relevant merchandising and trading teams as required. Ensuring consistent digital media executions across all customer-facing communications and campaigns is also a key aspect of the role.

Our ideal candidate will have strong mathematical and analytical skills with experience in analysing complex data, working knowledge of online research & analytics tools, excellent organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills as well as strong attention to detail. In return for your expertise, we offer a very competitive salary of around £60,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package including ~25 days holiday, plus 8 days bank holiday, ~15% store discount, 30% club individual restaurant discount, ~ discounted gym membership, ~ enhanced maternity/paternity leave, ~ long service awards.
