Blow Moulding Process Setter

The Deeside site, which is based in Sandycroft are currently searching for an accomplished, professional, highly motivated and hands Blow Moulding Process Setters to join its developing business. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a thriving, fast paced environment for a company that continue to remain at the forefront of their industry. The role holder will provide hands on technical support to achieving optimum operational efficiencies and in turn KPI targets.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Completion of daily safety checks; Maintenance of a safe, clean, and tidy work area in cooperation with the other shift workers
- Optimise process setting in line with company KPI
- Continuous improvements with the aim achieving targeted cycle times and specified quality as quickly as possible,
- Maximise efficiency through set-up of ancillary equipment, including conveyors,
- Achieve best possible processing performance
- Collaborate with Team members and Quality colleagues to achieve customer quality standards
- Liaise with Production team over process actions taken, and advise on diagnostic signs and prevention

**Experience & Skills required**
- Health and Safety awareness; Ability to assess risk and work safely
- Plastics industry experience essential; blow moulding experience desirable
- A dynamic, proactive individual who possesses strong intellect, good logical fault-finding analysis capabilities
- Positive attitude and work ethic, with the ability to work in a team or independently
- Excellent attention to detail is a must;
- Proactive and dynamic approach to health, safety and environmental situations.
- Proactive and positive “can do” attitude

**SALARY & BENEFITS**:

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
