About the Job

As a Construction Inspector Lead at CV-Library in Luton, Bedfordshire, you will be responsible for overseeing the inspection and review process of various construction projects to ensure compliance with building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of building control and regulatory requirements.
  • You will lead a team of inspectors and reviewers to ensure that all construction projects meet building regulations.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to provide expert advice and guidance on building control matters.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of building control and regulatory requirements.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to provide expert advice and guidance on building control matters.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is between £60,000 and £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
