About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in the EUAU region. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for owning month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy of financial statements, and communicating results to management in a clear and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing teams to deliver clear monitoring and forecasting of all central consumer spend, holding the team to account via variance analysis.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, providing clarity to the finance teams on requirements and timings.
  • Partner with the global admin team to understand key changes to budget, working with local budget owners to ensure they have clarity on spend vs budget.
  • Establish and maintain strong business partnerships across finance teams to promote teamwork and organizational alignment, including sharing best practices.
  • Support the FP&A teams on the forecasting process, owning the integrity of the process and controls, while providing monthly analytics to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably at FP&A in a multinational or FMCG company.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (oral, written, and formal) with the ability to develop effective partnerships with financial and non-financial partners across varying levels of management.
  • Self-motivated/pro-active, able to follow through with responsibilities and be accountable for results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment; while being detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Willingness to get involved in the detail, providing clarity and control to deliver robust reporting through the use of advanced Excel skills and accounting platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a high degree of accuracy and a strong attention to detail.
