Job Description:

A motivated engineer is required to join our team at CV Technical as a Setter. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of setting within our operation, including setting from scratch for new tooling, making on-going adjustments to maximize production and ensure quality is kept to a high standard, and troubleshooting plastic part issues.

Responsibilities:

• Set from scratch for new tooling
• Make on-going adjustments to maximize production and ensure quality is kept to a high standard
• Troubleshoot plastic part issues
• Safe tool hanging experience
• A good understanding of injection mould tooling how they work and what issues to look out for
• Maintenance of machinery experience and a good hands-on approach for machine fault finding
