Environmental Impact Assessment Lead

Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced Environmental Impact Assessment Lead to join our Green Recruitment Company team, focusing on Offshore Wind, Renewables, and Energy Transition projects across the UK and Ireland.
- Develop and implement EIA strategies for major offshore wind and renewable energy projects;
- Ensure compliance with marine consent regulations and provide technical guidance to clients;
- Liaise with environmental stakeholders, including regulators and conservation bodies;
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team success.
- Degree in Environmental Science or relevant field;
- Proven experience in EIA project management and technical review;
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and environmental policies;
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
£90,000 - £110,000 per annum salary range, based on industry standards.
