The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Shopfloor Assistant to join our team at Grafton Group plc. As a Shopfloor Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working as part of a team to achieve sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promoting products, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Using specialist equipment, such as sawmills, paint mixers, and forklifts, to support the efficient operation of the branch.
  • Merchandising stock displays, replenishing shelves, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
