We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Administrator to join our team at William H Brown. As a Branch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team with administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including uploading property details onto major property portals.
- Deal with customer enquiries, both in branch and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure office expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels, demonstrating strong financial management skills.
- Previous experience as an Administrator or Secretary, preferably in an estate agency or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- IT literate, with experience of MS Office, internet, and email systems.
