Safety Engineer for Hazardous Environments

At D R Newitt & Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Engineer to join our team. Based in Cheshire, this is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on environmental safety.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high process safety standards across operations and supporting the Group SHE Manager with regulatory compliance matters related to COMAH.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure high process safety standards across operations.
- Provide support to the Group SHE Manager on regulatory compliance matters, specifically those related to COMAH.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree or qualification in Process/Chemical Engineering and a solid understanding of COMAH, HAZOP, LOPA. Experience in Oil and Gas, Energy, Chemicals, Industrial, FMCG, Power Generation (hazardous environment experience needed) is essential.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected manufacturing client and contribute to their growth and success.
