  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic and professional qualifications (Banking, Finance, or related field)
  • Previous experience in a senior level operations manager position within banking, finance or related industries, looking to step up to the next level
  • Strong understanding of finance and banking regulations.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, risks, and dependencies
  • Ability to build rapport with key internal and external stakeholders handle challenging situations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
