About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing 2 Digital Analysts and working closely with stakeholders across Digital Marketing, Product, UX/UI, and Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of 2 Digital Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain Adobe Analytics expertise, with a strong understanding of data visualization and SQL.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Previous experience in team management and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital analytics, with a strong understanding of Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent data visualization skills, with experience in Power BI.
  • Basic SQL knowledge, with the ability to perform queries.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Previous experience in team management and leadership.
