Head of Sales Opportunity

Central Employment is partnering with a leading Automotive Manufacturer to recruit a seasoned Head of Sales. This is a unique chance to join a scaling Commercial team in Teesside and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to deliver the sales strategy and meet organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify areas of growth and develop a succession plan.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading national field-based/remote sales teams.
  • Extensive LCV Fleet Sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and generic CRM management software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid/Teesside based 2-3 days a week.
  • £4k car allowance.
