We are seeking a skilled Community Liaison Officer to join our team at Netomnia. This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to drive and navigate our network footprint.



Key Responsibilities:


  2. Responsible for capturing resident contact details to inform them of fibre network progress and eligibility for ultrafast broadband.
  3. Engage with residents in new build areas to provide information about our fibre network and collect contact details for updates.
  4. Work towards weekly and monthly team conversation targets, ensuring timely and effective communication with residents.


Requirements:


  • Full driving licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive and navigate our network footprint
  • Good knowledge of local areas
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and good work ethic
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
