Community Liaison Field Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Liaison Officer to join our team at Netomnia. This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to drive and navigate our network footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for capturing resident contact details to inform them of fibre network progress and eligibility for ultrafast broadband.
- Engage with residents in new build areas to provide information about our fibre network and collect contact details for updates.
- Work towards weekly and monthly team conversation targets, ensuring timely and effective communication with residents.
Requirements:
- Full driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive and navigate our network footprint
- Good knowledge of local areas
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and good work ethic
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
