About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  2. Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
  4. Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including senior management and the board.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  3. Strong business acumen and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
