About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Bank Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their full potential and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support to encourage customers to maximize their potential and independence
- Assess customers' needs and develop tailored support plans
- Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their dignity, choice, and privacy are respected
- Liaise with external agencies to improve customers' confidence, health, and wellbeing
- Manage emergency situations and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organizational skills and functional literacy and numeracy
- NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
