Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of properties in the Stanmore area, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring a smooth sales process from offer through to completion.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and achieve sales targets, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a competitive market, with a full UK driving license.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000, with an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000.
