**About the Role**

Collins Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team in Stanmore. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals that exceed expectations.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage and develop a portfolio of properties in the Stanmore area
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors
* Conduct viewings, provide expert advice, and negotiate offers
* Ensure a smooth sales process from offer through to completion
* Achieve and exceed sales targets

**Benefits**

* Competitive salary: £18,000 - £20,000
* OTE: £35,000 - £40,000

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency industry
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-lasting relationships
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a competitive market
* Full UK driving license
