Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Planning Specialist to join our Technical Team in Doncaster. This role is responsible for coordinating planning applications packages and facilitating starts on site through coordinating and discharging planning conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate planning applications packages in line with business delivery.
  • Facilitate starts on site by coordinating and discharging planning conditions.
  • Maintain document control and develop planning status reports.
  • Research planning designations and history to undertake basic site assessments and evaluations.
Requirements
  • Experience within a similar role in the housebuilding/construction industry.
  • Ability to work flexibly to accommodate site visits throughout the region.
  • A company car or car allowance will be provided.
