Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic and reputable accounting firm in Walsall. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for overseeing the high-level and strategic workflow for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tax returns and computations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of accountants, overseeing workflow and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring awareness of their requirements.
- Provide high-level tax compliance and tax advisory services to clients, including research and formulation of solutions.
- Support the Partners with provision of advice on tax matters, including entrepreneur's relief, investment bond withdrawals, trust planning, capital gains, voting rights, and landed estates.
- Manage a team of accountants, empowering them through appropriate delegation and effective people management.
- Identify changes in Tax legislation and how they affect clients, promoting new advisory projects.
- Support the leadership team with the mentoring and development of junior staff.
