Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the tax team in providing high-level tax compliance and advisory services to clients

  • Support the Partners with the provision of advice on tax matters

  • Consistently seek internal improvement, presenting opportunities to senior leadership
  • Manage margins effectively to drive profitability
  • Identify changes in Tax legislation and how they affect clients and promote new advisory projects

Requirements:
  • CTA and/or ACA/ACCA or CA qualified
  • Demonstrable tax advisory and tax compliance experience within a practice environment
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Able to lead a team and project manage, including decision-making, time management and prioritisation
