Dedicated Facilities Manager for Healthcare Environment

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Facilities Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality housekeeping services to our hospital and auxiliary buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Clean all areas of the hospital according to our policies and procedures, ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Report any building or fabric issues to the relevant authorities in a timely manner.
- Perform scheduled flushing lists within the hospital, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Clean equipment thoroughly at the end of each shift, prioritizing hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a good standard of Health & Safety and COSHH legislations, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Promote the Spire behaviours and values throughout your work.
- A great attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Experience in a professional cleaning capacity, with a proven track record of success.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, including some weekends, to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
- Awareness and understanding of Health & Safety at Work and COSHH regulations, with a focus on minimizing risks and hazards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients alike.
- Competitive rates of pay for bank colleagues, with a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
