Head of Community Support Services

Are you a seasoned health information or support services professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience of leading health information and/or support services that meet the needs of people with health conditions? Do you have a track record of developing and delivering operational plans and service improvement for patient/public focused information and/or support services?

We're seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategic direction of our information and support services. As Head of Community Support Services, you will work closely with our teams to optimise our content and digital, telephone and community channels to ensure we can provide information and support to all those who need us.

Your focus will be to innovate and improve our information and support services, including developing new services using digital technology, to reach as many people as possible and deliver the greatest impact for people affected by osteoporosis. You will also ensure that all our services continue to meet the needs of our diverse community, including those who are not able to access digital technologies.

In this role, you will benefit from the flexibility of working either on a hybrid basis (with the expectation to attend our central Bath office, at least 20% of your time each month), or working in a fully remote way.

If you have a strong track record of leading health information and/or support services, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services to our beneficiaries, we'd love to hear from you.
