Blue Arrow is seeking a skilled Patch Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Patch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a local patch, providing advice and support to sustain tenancies, and taking enforcement action when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the provision of excellent housing and estate management services to tenants and leaseholders.
  • Maximize tenancy sustainment by providing tenancy support to vulnerable tenants or those identified with a support need, including referrals to specialist agencies where appropriate.
  • Investigate complaints and incidents of anti-social behavior, drugs, harassment, hate, domestic abuse, and criminal activity.
  • Develop and deliver individual Patch Action Plans.
  • Provide housing advice and undertake home visits to tenants and leaseholders, including urgent visits as required.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience working in a housing environment and an ability to learn.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels in both individual and group situations.
  • Ability to develop and present written or verbal information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to prepare comprehensive written reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Housing Management or willingness to work towards a qualification, or a part qualification of the Chartered Institute of Housing or time spent in a similar role.
