Administrative Support Officer

As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, their families, and visitors. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, answering telephone enquiries, and responding to messages. You will also be responsible for maintaining the reception area, completing administrative tasks, and providing support to the General Manager.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be confident in using computers and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Previous experience in problem-solving and client complaints is also essential.
