Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell new homes to customers, achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Manage customer inquiries, record customer details, and complete documentation as required.

  • Proven experience in new homes sales or property sales.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
